What to write about
- Something's broken — tell us what you did, what happened, and what browser you're on. Screenshots help enormously.
- Reporting content — include a link to the tier list or comment and a line about the problem. Harassment, illegal content, and vote manipulation get looked at first.
- Copyright / takedown — identify the work, link to the material here, and include your contact details and a good-faith statement. See the Terms.
- Privacy requests — access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. See the Privacy Policy.
- Feature ideas — genuinely welcome, especially if it's a category we're missing.
- Advertising — see Advertise first, it probably answers your question.
Response times
This is a small independent project, not a support department. Most email gets a reply within a few days. Reports of illegal content or harassment are handled as a priority. Privacy requests are answered within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
What we can't help with
- Changing where the community ranked something. The votes are the votes. Rally your friends — legitimately.
- Deleting a comment because you lost the argument.
- Guaranteeing your tier list ends up on the trending page.
