1. Accepting these terms

By using qafizz.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. If you're using the site on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind it.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we'll remove it.

3. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it. Don't impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the tier lists, votes, and comments you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the site and in site promotion. This licence exists so we can legally show your content to other users — nothing more.

You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Things you may not do

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that targets a private individual
• Post sexually explicit material, or content depicting or promoting violence
• Manipulate votes or rankings — including multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or coordinated brigading
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site outside what robots.txt allows
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or infrastructure
• Post spam, advertising, or affiliate links disguised as content
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights

6. Moderation

We may remove content, reset manipulated rankings, or suspend accounts that break these terms — at our discretion, with or without notice. We're not obligated to monitor content, but we do act on reports. Contact us if you believe something on the site violates these rules.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, send us a notice identifying the work, the location of the material on the site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We remove infringing material when properly notified.

8. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertising. We don't endorse advertised products and aren't responsible for advertiser conduct. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising affects your data.

9. Rankings are opinions

Everything on this site is subjective community opinion. Rankings are not statements of fact, professional advice, or reviews, and shouldn't be treated as any of those. Nobody's product is objectively D tier — the internet just voted that way.

10. Availability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the site.

12. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content licence, liability, and these general terms — will survive.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
